Hey sour beer fans, the wait for Blue Owl Brewing is dwindling.

With the grand opening for this new East Austin brewery just around the corner (make sure to follow Blue Owl on Facebook to find out just what day that will be) we went inside to give you a sneak peek of the space!

    So excited!!! Been waiting a long time for this to happen. It’ll be nice to have a “sour” brewery in Austin that you don’t have to drive 30-45 minutes to enjoy (I’m just saying ;). The inside looks cool. Will be a nice fit with the new decor and attitude on E. Cesar Chavez…
