Unite Red Ale Tapping Celebrates Women-brewed Beers

Last month, we had the pleasure of participating in International Women’s Collaboration Brew Day along with female brewers and beer enthusiasts all around the world.

Here in the Austin area, Middleton Brewing, Adelbert’s Brewery and Uncle Billy’s Brew & Que all participated, brewing their own takes on this year’s designated beer–Unite Red Ale, along with members of Pink Boots Society’s Central Texas chapter.

April 21, all three beers will be under one roof for a triple tasting event at Studium!

The event will serve as a fundraiser for our Pink Boots chapter with a suggested $5 donation at the door. There will also be a raffle and silent auction with fantastic prizes like giftcards, growlers, beer-themed artwork, and a weekend beer getaway at the Faust Hotel & Brewing Co. in New Braunfels all benefiting Pink Boots, travel for an upcoming book project from three Austin-based Bitch Beer contributors, and a variety of local female-centric non-profits.
