The event, which will take place Friday, February 28, at 6PM will feature a Deschutes tent with games, beer and swag giveaways. Deschutes’ Texas Market Manager Tish Smith will be on hand for the festivities.
“At Deschutes, making beer is a journey,” Deschutes Assistant Brewmaster Veronica Vega said in a recent press release. “Fresh Squeezed IPA started its adventure as an experimental brew in our pubs, before moving into the Bond Street Series last summer. We couldn’t keep this beer on the shelf last year due to its popularity, so we’re excited to share this damn tasty beer with even more people this year.”
Bangers is the first bar in Austin, and one of the first in the country to tap Fresh Squeezed this go around. The beer first made its debut in Texas last summer, and will officially be returning in six packs and on draft as part of Deschutes’ annual lineup March 3.
