Austin Procrastinator’s Guide to a Craft Beer New Year’s Eve

As these fingers hit the keys, it’s approximately 12 hours before the clock ticks, ball drops and lips may or may not lock to usher in 2014, but that doesn’t mean everyone really has their plans together yet. So, in the spirit of both procrastination, and appreciation for craft beer, here’s a rundown of some of the best craft beer focused events poppin’ off in Austin tonight.

Wright Bros Brew & Brew: Brew Year’s Eve
Open until 2am
Laid back party featuring special tappings of Prairie Bomb! and Birra Del Borgo Rubus, free Piraat toast at Midnight, and a crockpot of black eyed peas. No cover!

Doors at 8pm
DeadEye (Grateful Dead tribute band) concert. Tickets are $15 and include the show and a champagne toast at midnight.

Doors at 10pm
While Hopfields’ beer dinner at 7pm is sold out, there are still tickets available for their “after dinner” party option tonight. A $50 ticket includes 4 drinks from the bar, rare tastings and complimentary bubbles at midnight.

Craft Pride’s NYE Party w/ Austin Beerworks Tap Takeover
Open ’til 2am
