“No Boys Allowed” : Upcoming ATX Women’s Beer Events

Attention all beer loving ladies in the (512), check out these two upcoming beer events just for women:

Who: Girls’ Pint Out

Where: The Draught House

When: December 8, 11 a.m.

The Deats: It’s been quite a while since the Austin chapter of Girls Pint Out has held any events, but luckily, they have returned with a fun beer pairing just in time for the holidays. The five course, ladies only beer and cheese pairing will feature beer from Saint Arnold and cheese from Antonelli’s. Tickets are $25 and must be purchased in advance. Profits go to benefit Austin-based breast cancer charity, The Smile Never Fades.

Who: Barley’s Angels

Where: Easy Tiger

When: Monday, Dec. 3, 7 p.m.

The Deats: A new women’s beer club, Barley’s Angels aims to bring women together to share and discuss great craft beer while creating friendships. Their first event will be a five course beer pairing featuring five basic beer styles and sausages, pretzels and cheeses from Easy Tiger.
